After a crisis happened with my wedding dress (which was completely out of B Ella Bridal’s control and not remotely their fault), the staff and owner at B Ella went above and beyond to help me. While everyone I spoke to was so kind, I dealt primarily with Summer, who was amazing. She took the time to pull every dress that B Ella Bridal had in my size, even offering to send me pictures of them ahead of my appointment. She then gave me flowers at my appointment! What could have been a disaster ended with up with me finding a dress I absolutely love. It is rare to find customer service as good as what I received.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at B. Ella Bridal. Kiyana is a god send! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. B. Ella has a huge selection of beautiful dresses for all budgets. Kiyana was mindful of my budget and didn’t pressure me into anything I couldn’t afford. Getting my wedding dress at B. Ella Bridal has been the highlight of my wedding planning experience!

I love this bridal shop! I was so fortunate to work with Amy there and she found me the perfect wedding dress for Vegas. She was such a pleasure to work with and really listened and she felt like a friend. I even found a wedding rehearsal dinner dress. They let me look at all the dresses and make my selection of what I liked. They also had really great accessories, a beautiful selection of wedding guest dresses and the store itself is adorable. I highly recommend brides to come to this boutique, they have a beautiful variety of dresses and everyone that worked there was very warm and welcoming. Thank you, Amy!
